Matt Morrow is the EVP of Sales & Operations for the AIP Group.
In his role, he links client leadership opportunities and challenges to meaningful leadership experiences. Matt brings a passion for developing world-class leaders and helping businesses do the same.
He recently led a massive team at Apple where he helped launch some of their most storied products and services. In 2008, he worked to launch an Emerging Leaders course for Bank of America called Signature Series which has been implemented nationally and still runs today.
He has led teams and scaled businesses across the Hospitality, Banking, Technology, Retail and FinTech verticals.
When Matt is not helping to enrich lives through the AIP Group you can find him spending quality time with his wife Jena, two children and his three rescued dogs. He and his wife have a goal to visit the best of all 50 states and they are well on their way. Additionally, he is an avid golfer, golfing some of the country’s most renowned courses, and a long time sports enthusiast.
Matt holds a B.S. in Sports/Event/Entertainment Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
