In her role as the Product and Program design Manager, Katie builds new learning programs based in the latest trends in performance and leadership and tracks the impact of individual and long term client journeys.

Katie brings over twenty years of leadership and development experience from collegiate athletic medicine, fitness, medical device and software industries.

At Stryker, Katie created a sales onboarding program from the ground up that was focused on decreasing the time to productivity for new hires. Once that program was embedded in the culture, she turned her focus to developing the sales leadership team by creating programs targeted to increase leader and team performance.

Katie brought her experience developing new hires to Dassault Systemes where she created a new leader onboarding program and built curriculum for a group of high potential individual contributors to develop into a leadership bench for the sales organization.

Katie is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a TalentSmart Emotional Intelligence Coach. Her passion is helping people discover their unique strengths and use them to become great leaders.
When she is not working, Katie is spending time with her husband, Brent, and her twins, Kristin and Logan.
