Alan is a Facilitator and Advisor for the AIP group.

He helps leaders of creative organizations achieve excellence.  Alan spent 20 years designing and implementing talent management and leadership development solutions that contributed to growth and profitability in Media and Entertainment (e.g., HBO, Turner, Warner Bros., Aol), Pharma/Biotech (e.g., Eisai, GSK), and Higher Education (e.g., Duke University, Virgina Tech, Georgia Tech).  He has worked with executives in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Alan serves on the board of The Brotherhood/Sister Sol; a not-for-profit organization that provides comprehensive, holistic and long-term support services to youth who range in age from eight to twenty-two.

Alan earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and his B.A. from Purdue University.
